Macros from SEW-EURODRIVE round out the EPLAN application
An extensive collection of product data from SEW-EURODRIVE for decentralised technology, frequency converter series MOTIVRAC®07
and MOVITRAC®31C, and drive converters MOVIDRIVE® and MOVIDRIVE® compact, plus
options for converters, motors and sensors, offers ready-to-use manufacturer macros for EPLAN customers. This eliminates the need for independent drawing by
the user, and ensures a uniform layout, tailored to typical EPLAN functions.
SEW-EURODIRVE has developed an extensive collection of product data, available in electronic format, which is designed to boost the efficiency of work
procedures and avoid the duplication of inputs during planning and design. The CD-ROM with functional components for decentralised technology, frequency
converter series MOVITRAC®07 and MOVITRAC®31C, and drive converters MOVIDRIVE®
and MOVIDRIVE® compact, together with various options for converters, motors and
sensors, contains  DXF files and dBase database files, in addition to EPLAN 5 window macros. It also includes product data to the E-CAD component standard.
The dimensions of the products are stored, thus enabling the basic outline of the components to be displayed on the enclosure mounting plate. This
facilitates the simplification of all work phases in the CAx process chain, from
the initial quote, to design and engineering, through to maintenance. The time-consuming procurement and processing of data is eliminated. The user simply
selects a product, and the data is automatically available in EPLAN format. The product spectrum is readily accessible in a user-friendly tree structure
